1. Moto X Style
If you’re based in the US, then this is the only phone to really care about. It’s the only one that will be releasing with carrier support, like every Moto X before and will start to sell by September. By the looks of it, it’s easy to confuse it with the Nexus 6. Very similar design ideas, size and from what we’ve heard, feels the same way in the hand too. The dimple on the back makes a return here and so do the customization options which will be available via Moto Maker. There, you will be able to customize pretty much the entire look of the phone. The Style is sporting a Snapdragon 808 (hexa-core) CPU and 3 GB of RAM. It has a 5.7-inch Quad HD display with a whopping 21MP camera sensor at the back. The front has a 5MP shooter with an LED flash, for them hot selfies. Ahem. The rest of the specs are pretty awesome, you can check the details below.
Moto X Pure
The simplest way to explain the Pure is to say that it is the same phone as the Style. Except that it is unlocked and you will be able to use it with any carrier of your choice. It supports all major LTE bands, so compatibility will not be an issue. For some odd reason, there were reports that the Pure refers to a clean stock Android experience, but that is certainly not the case. Both the Style and Pure have all the Moto features like Assist, Migrate and the text-to-voice features which are certainly not pure of stock Android. Both are expected to start at $399.99
Moto X Play
If you’re not based in the US, only then it will make sense to even look at this device. It’s not gonna release in Uncle Sam’s country and it will be powered by the Snapdragon 615 chipset and will have a 5.5-inch 1080p display. Plus, it will have an enormous 3630 mAh battery. It is still expected to cost a lot lesser than the Pure and Style, because the overall specs are not a match for those two.
